Terms of use
These terms will govern use of the Adunai marketing and documentation website (this site) and related informational materials. They do not govern the Adunai protocol's smart contracts, which are open-source software deployed on a public blockchain and used at your own discretion.
1. Informational purpose
This site and its documents are provided for general information about the Adunai protocol and the Adunai Foundation. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any asset, or a promise of any future feature, token, or return.
2. Phase 0, testnet, pre-audit
The protocol is in Phase 0. The contracts run on the Base Sepolia test network, hold no real value, and have not completed a security audit. A single external audit of the complete system gates any mainnet deployment. Do not use the protocol with real funds. See deployment status and security.
3. No warranty
This site and any referenced software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The open-source contracts and SDK are licensed under their own terms (Apache-2.0 where stated); those licenses govern the code.
4. Self-custody and your responsibility
You are responsible for your own keys, devices, and decisions. The Foundation does not custody your assets and cannot reverse on-chain transactions. Blockchain activity is public and, once confirmed, generally irreversible.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Adunai Foundation and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site, the documentation, or the protocol.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the site's operation. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@adunai.org.
7. Changes and governing law
These draft terms will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version, with governing law and dispute-resolution provisions, at Foundation formation. Questions: security@adunai.org.
